Overview Team Lead, Warehouse – Full time Location: USA – Intel Corporation, Chandler, Division: Solutions Responsibilities Lead and support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control. Assign work and monitor productivity, accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards. Load orders onto appropriate doors and trailers efficiently and accurately. Research and resolve discrepancies in the shipping and receiving process. Train new and existing associates on Standard Operating Procedures for shipping, receiving, picking and quality control. Provide on‑site training, coaching and feedback to team members. Assist with problem solving and elevate operational issues to the Supervisor or Manager as needed. Ensure proper use of equipment, PPE and adherence to safety policies. Perform regular quality and inventory checks to minimize errors and damage. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee engagement. Maintain clear communication between shifts and departments for smooth handoffs and workflow. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. Minimum one year of experience in logistics, distribution or a related environment. 2–3 years of forklift experience. Current or prior Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification. Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Able to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance. Adaptability to change and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Language Skills Fluent in English (oral and written). Computer Literacy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word. Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus. Physical & Working Conditions Work is generally sedentary with occasional standing, walking and lifting associated with everyday activities.
