Full-time: 7pm - 3pm Per Diem: 7pm - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm and 11pm - 7am $32- $41 an hour (all inclusive) $3 PIB (for full-time employees)

Responsibilities of LPN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of New Jersey
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Must have 1+ years of experience in a long-term care setting
• Must have experience in subacute
