Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:Evaluate patients' physical conditions through assessments, interviews, and medical historiesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the patient's needs and goalsProvide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, modalities, therapeutic exercises, and patient educationMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recoveryDocument all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with clinic policies and regulationsEducate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modificationsCollaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated careMaintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environmentAnalyzes and investigatesProvides explanations and interpretations within area of expertisePositions in this function require education/certification/licensure as a Physical Therapist. Positions are responsible for providing appropriate therapy in a clinical setting.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experienceDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programCurrent CA state licensure as a Physical TherapistExperience in orthopedic physical therapy, but new graduates are encouraged to applyProven solid interpersonal and communication skillsProven commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentProven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage a high patient caseloadPreferred Qualifications:1+ years of experience as a physical therapist1+ years of experience with orthopedic conditionsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.
