Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, departments, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks. Conduct regular project reviews, provide status updates, and generate detailed reports for stakeholders and senior management. Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Drive process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies and best practices within the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus. Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5–7 years managing complex projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
