About the Role:

Join our compassionate team at ComForCare Home Health Care as a Home Care Aide in beautiful Hilton Head, SC. This rewarding position allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential support and companionship.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document client progress and report any changes in condition to the care team.
• Support mobility and physical activities to promote client independence.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in home care preferred.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
