Requirements
- Active/eligible PT license in WA
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior outpatient clinical experience preferred
Benefits
- Double-sided referral bonus: $600 each ($1,200 total) when your referral completes their first 13-week contract
- CEU reimbursement: $400 per contract, up to $1,600/year (receipt-based)
- Full licensure reimbursement: 100% of all new/transfer state license costs (receipt-based, no cap)
