Job Title:  Project Manager
Job Location:  Boise, ID
Salary: $130k-$160k
Requirements:  Experience as Construction Project Manager on projects related to any of the following: Commercial, healthcare, multifamily, industrial, etc. 

This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor with a wide range of projects. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Project Managers. They have many current and upcoming projects and are open to experience related to commercial, healthcare, multifamily, industrial, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

• Project Management - planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
• Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
• Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ Years' Experience as a Project Manager on projects related to Commercial, Industrial, multifamily, etc. 
• Understanding of Construction documents 
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
• Bachelors in Construction is a plus but not required
