We're seeking a highly motivated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our East Orange, New Jersey location. As a CNA at Grove Park Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as toileting, transfers, and ambulation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts

• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
