CDL-A Drivers with X Endorsement $85K-$105K/1st Yr (Full Time) Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account First year pay ranges from $85-$106K with drivers starting at $300.30/Day, increasing by $3/Day every six months to a cap of $324/Day. If willing to train new hires in cryogenics, earn an additional $100/Day. Shadow training: run your truck while trainer runs theirs; no shared cab. Drivers are paid $125/Day and earn a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. Assigned a 579 Petes automatic truck; no slip seating. Full benefits begin after 60 days and include one week vacation during first 52 weeks, medical, and 401(k) with matching. Run dedicated regional or local accounts; must be willing to operate in all 48 states. Opt‑out of any region not allowed. When taking a 7‑day break, company covers flight home and back. If within 200 miles, drive home. Drivers out 21 days, home up to 7 days. Home time can be less than 7 days or out longer, but max home per stay is 7 days unless vacation taken. If you are not willing to fly then we will not be able to bring you on. If you have any felonies of any kind, you are ineligible for hire. If you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test (regardless of SAP completion), you are not eligible. Requirements Must have at least one year OTR or regional driving in last three years.
