Part time nanny for 4.5 month old baby boy

We’re looking for a nanny to join our family starting mid July (~July 13th, this can be flexible). The position involves caring for our infant son who will be 4.5 months old when I return to work after maternity leave. My return date is the first week of September; the hope being this person will function as a mother’s helper the first 4‑5 weeks so that you and our baby can get well acquainted before I return to work. The position will be full day (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (24 hours). If there were ever room for Friday flexibility from 9 am‑1 pm that’s great but not required. We are only seeking someone with long‑term availability (~2 years or more) as we think of our nanny like family.
