Benefits include: Competitive salary range of $100,000 – $130,000 annually, based on experience Company vehicle provided Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave Clear pathways for professional growth and leadership development Job Details Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in roofing, construction, project coordination, field operations, or a related role Working knowledge of residential asphalt roofing systems and installation processes Ability to support multiple roofing projects simultaneously from scheduling through completion Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Experience coordinating field crews, subcontractors, material deliveries, and project schedules Strong customer service and professional communication skills Proficiency with CRM, scheduling, and project management software Ability to maintain accurate project documentation, job notes, photos, change orders, and status updates Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification Experience with residential, HOA, and/or multifamily roofing projects Experience working directly with homeowners, property managers, vendors, and subcontractors Familiarity with roofing inspections, material takeoffs, permits, and jobsite quality-control procedures Comfortable working at heights and accessing rooftops when necessary Interested in hearing more?
