What You'll Do

• Lead all accounting and financial operations
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Oversee general ledger, financial reporting, AP, AR, cash management, and internal controls
• Drive accounting automation and process improvement initiatives
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, profitability, and operational performance
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Develop scalable processes to support future growth
• Leverage ERP technology and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency

What We're Looking For

Extensive accounting and finance leadership experience

Manufacturing or production industry experience highly preferred

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience preferred

Strong technical accounting knowledge

Passion for automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled solutions

Ability to operate as a strategic business partner while remaining hands-on
