I'm hiring commission sales reps to sell exterior remodeling roofing, siding, gutters to homeowners with legitimate storm damage. Insurance pays for the work. You help homeowners navigate the process. Everybody wins.
Minnesota's storm season is short but intense and when it hits, it hits hard. When hail hits the Twin Cities metro from Plymouth to Eagan to Woodbury to Maple Grove the phones don't stop. Our reps ride that wave hard and stack serious income in a compressed season.
What you get:

But I've never sold roofing.
Neither had half our team. We train from scratch. Some of our top producers came from restaurants, gyms, and the military. If you can talk to people and don't quit when it gets hard, you'll do fine.
