Procurement Coordinator

Schedule: WFH Monday & Friday | On-site Tuesday–Thursday Role Summary Seeking a Project Coordinator to support the procurement department by coordinating projects, managing intake requests, tracking timelines/deliverables, maintaining documentation, and communicating with internal teams and suppliers. Key Requirements 3+ years coordinating projects, processes, or administrative operations. 3+ years managing procurement/project intake, prioritization, and routing. 3+ years tracking milestones, deadlines, risks, and dependencies. 3+ years of SharePoint experience for project/status tracking. Experience developing or improving SharePoint tracking tools/workflows. Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the Procurement Director. Candidate Requirements Candidate must physically reside in the U.S. for the duration of the assignment. Must be able to work the required hybrid schedule in Richmond, VA. Candidate email address and current city/state required.
