Caregiver PositionAlmost Family - Central Oregon is looking to hire a full-time Caregiver to help seniors and disabled individuals remain independent in their own homes. We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and driven Caregiver to provide personal care and companionship services for our clients in the Redmond, Oregon area.Compensation & BenefitsThe Caregiver role pays between $20 - $22 per hour and paid biweekly. As part of the Almost Family Team, the Caregiver will enjoy a variety of benefits, including paid time off, healthcare benefits, development opportunities, and paid training.ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and moreMonitor clients' health and document their needsEstablish and maintain a safe and supportive environment for clientsAdhere to health and safety policies and regulationsProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and housekeepingEscort clients to medical appointments and other activitiesAssist with transportation to and from doctor’s appointments and other errandsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentAt least one year of experience caring for seniors or disabled individualsAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screeningValid driver's license and auto insuranceCPR and First Aid certificationExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsEEOC StatementAlmost Family - Central Oregon is an equal opportunity employer.
