Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be ready to effectively manage emergencies while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Shift Details

• Shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM
• 36 hours scheduled / 24 hours guaranteed
• Must be willing to float to similar units or related settings as needed

Weekend and On-Call Requirements

Weekend and on-call requirements will be determined by the specific needs of the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active state license to practice (Arizona) - must be verified in the last 30 days
• No disciplinary actions on state license to practice
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI

Certification Requirements

• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - AHA
• National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Additional Information
