Locations May provide support to stores in Green Brook, NJ, Short Hills, NJ, Edison, NJ, Woodbridge, NJ, Clark, NJ, Vauxhall, NJ, Watchung, NJ, South Plainfield, NJ, and Linden, NJ as needed. Responsibilities Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience, serving as a trusted sleep authority. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience. Create an environment where the customer is always at the center, cultivating strong relationships. Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject matter expert. Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Qualifications / Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. U.S. legal authorization to work without sponsorship and proof of eligibility required. EEO/Vet/Disability. Compensation Competitive pay range of $59,000 - $66,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible leadership and individual‑contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
