Workday Solutions Engineer (Core HCM) The Workday Core HCM Security Assessment Specialist is responsible for evaluating, validating, and optimizing security configurations within Workday. This role ensures that roles, domain permissions, business processes, and notifications are aligned with organizational policies, governance standards, and compliance requirements. The specialist partners with HR, IT Security, and internal audit teams to maintain a secure, scalable, and well governed Workday environment. Salary Range: $78.00 - $80.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits). Applicants must be willing to work on W2. Location: Los Angeles, CA - Remote Duration: 6 months Skills Required: 4–8+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience. Strong understanding of: Workday Security Model (Role-based security, Domain, Business Process Security Policies) Business Processes & Notifications User-Based and Role-Based Groups Condition Rules & Event triggers Application Management Services (Hands-on) Experience performing security/access reviews and audit readiness assessments. Basic understanding of recruitment module. Analytical & Compliance Skills: Ability to interpret security gaps and map them to business risks.
