About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Patient Engagement to lead and scale a large, distributed team of patient engagement care coaches. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and quality assurance. This role requires a strong operational leader with a proven track record in managing large teams, particularly in the areas of patient engagement, care management, clinical operations, or related fields. The VP will be tasked with establishing and tracking KPIs to ensure high-quality patient engagement and operational performance, as well as improving processes and workflows to enhance efficiency. Applicants for the VP of Patient Engagement position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in relevant fields, with a preference for those with a clinical background or exposure to patient care environments. Experience in telehealth, virtual care, RPM, CCM, or population health is essential, as is a hands-on mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth company. The role also requires strong people leadership skills, including the ability to build and scale teams, and a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes. Familiarity with value-based care models is a plus, and the ideal candidate will have a background in high-growth or scaling organizations.
