Server – The Landing Zone (Jefferson City, MO)

The Landing Zone is looking for a friendly, energetic Server to join our team. As a Server, you'll be the face of the restaurant — greeting guests, taking orders, and making sure every visit is one they'll want to come back for. If you love working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and take food and drink orders accurately.
• Share menu recommendations and upsell food, drinks, and specials.
• Deliver orders promptly and check in to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments quickly and accurately.
• Keep your section clean, stocked, and well-organized throughout the shift.
• Communicate and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to keep service running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a guest-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation:

• $7.55/hour base + tips
