Luxor Healthcare is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator!

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and complete schedules for nursing department.
- Coordinate with agencies as needed for staffing.
- Coordinate with HR to verify shifts worked to maintain accurate payroll.
- Work well with Administrator and department heads regarding scheduling issues.
- Participate in management meetings as required.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.
You will be a great Staffing Coordinator because:
- You have a CNA license.
- You have interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You have Scheduling / management experience.
