Operations Director

Position Overview The Operations Director is responsible for the actions of the team and the overall reputation of the business. They play a pivotal role in our ability to achieve excellent operational execution, uphold a remarkable environment, and maintain balanced profitability. The Operations Director position is the first step into management within our organization. This experience prepares an individual for a potential daytime position in the future. This position is based on a 45‑hour work week Responsibilities Ensure proper Chick‑fil‑A training and standards are taught and maintained resulting in 98% or above in Deloitte evaluations and a 1 in Ecosure evaluations Lead weekly Team Leader meetings to discuss performance metrics, develop leaders, and communicate relevant business needs and information Keep store in like‑new condition through equipment and facilities maintenance Ensure a balanced profit approach through intentional focus on labor, food cost, and IPO Maintain 82% or above in key Customer Experience Monitor (CEM) categories Partner with the Human Resources department to interview and select top talent Coach and develop Team Members, Team Leaders, and Person‑In‑Charge (PIC) Build talent pipelines within the team, recognizing and developing individuals with leadership potential Provide fair, objective, and constructive performance feedback Build team culture and morale Requirements Be at least 18 years of age 1‑3 years of leadership experience Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry 10‑65 lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits Competitive salary Paid vacation and sick leave Medical insurance Paid leadership training and development opportunities High emphasis on work‑life balance #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
