Global Manufacturing Launch Manager
F-o-r-t-u-n-e Personnel Consultants of Troy (FPC-Troy)
High-visibility leadership role with a global automotive supplier overseeing new program launches across 2 major North American manufacturing facilities. Functions as a "Mini Plant Manager" during launch phases—responsible for ensuring people, processes, equipment, systems, quality, and operations are fully prepared for successful production ramp-up. Leads and develops cross-functional teams spanning Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to deliver flawless launch execution. Focused on new product/program launches rather than steady-state manufacturing; drives installation of new equipment, manufacturing systems, and operational readiness. Ideal for a well-rounded manufacturing leader with experience in automotive launches, plant operations, quality, and engineering who enjoys solving problems and building high-performing teams. Experience with cellular manufacturing, assembly operations, or highly automated production environments is highly valued; product-specific experience is not required. 75%+ travel between Michigan, Indiana and Ontario, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr F-o-r-t-u-n-e Personnel Consultants of Troy (FPC-Troy)
