Full-Time Optometrist
Join our practice as a Full-Time Optometrist and help us deliver comprehensive, patient-centered eye care. You'll be a key part of our team, bringing clinical expertise and genuine warmth to every patient interaction.
- Provide full-scope optometry. Conduct thorough, accurate eye examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a diverse patient base.
- Prioritize patient education. Take the time to clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative measures, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their eye health.
- Build lasting patient relationships. Cultivate trust and rapport by listening attentively, showing empathy, and making sure every patient feels heard and valued.
- Deliver exceptional service. Go above and beyond to create a positive patient experience that reflects our commitment to personalized care.
- Embrace continuous learning. Stay open to feedback and seek out opportunities to sharpen your skills. We value innovation and expect you to stay current with advancements in the field.
- Adhere to practice protocols. Work within our established guidelines and learn our approach to patient care to ensure consistency and quality.

- Utilize advanced technology. Confidently operate and integrate our cutting-edge equipment — including Optos, Miebography, IPL, RF, and OCT — into your diagnostic and treatment processes.

- Be reliable. Demonstrate consistent punctuality, attendance, and commitment to your full-time schedule and responsibilities.
- Exhibit a positive attitude. Help create a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere for patients and team members alike.
We offer a base salary with additional earnings tied to individual production. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for outstanding eye care and is excited to grow with our practice long-term.
