**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the parking lot or lot area while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses a strong work ethic.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot, including picking up trash, cleaning surfaces, and managing debris.
- Assist customers by providing information and direction regarding parking areas and available services.
- Monitor parking lot for any violations or safety issues, reporting any concerns to management as necessary.
- Ensure all vehicles are parked in an orderly fashion and follow established parking protocols.
- Perform routine checks of the parking lot to ensure proper functionality of signage and equipment.
- Assist in the coordination of any lot events, ensuring that operational standards are upheld.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve overall service and operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or lot attendant role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Capable of working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
