Candidates should have recent manufacturing accounting experience to be considered. Description Are you an experienced accounting leader with a strong manufacturing background? We're seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive financial accuracy for a growing manufacturing organization. This is a fully onsite leadership opportunity where you'll partner closely with operations, improve financial processes, and play a key role in supporting business performance. What You'll Do Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and general ledger activity Oversee inventory accounting, fixed assets, and manufacturing accounting Monitor cash flow, collections, vendor payments, and working capital Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies Drive ERP system enhancements and process improvements Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and special finance initiatives Administer the Concur expense management platform Record and reconcile payroll journal entries Manage census reporting requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience 2+ years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience Manufacturing accounting experience is required Experience with ERP systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and month-end close Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities Why You'll Love This Opportunity Competitive salary of $110,000–$130,000 Stable, direct-hire opportunity Visible leadership role with operational impact Opportunity to improve processes and influence financial strategy Collaborative, team-oriented environment If you're ready to take the next step in your accounting leadership career, we'd love to hear from you.
