About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Paint Line Setter to support our automated paint line operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for changing part racks on the paint track, loading parts for the paint booth, and ensuring smooth, consistent production flow. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying active, and being a key part of a manufacturing team.Key Responsibilities

  • Rack Changeovers — Remove, install, and secure part racks on the conveyor track according to production requirements.
  • Part Loading — Hang and position parts on racks with correct spacing and orientation for paint coverage.
  • Equipment Inspection — Inspect racks, hooks, and hangers for wear, paint buildup, or damage; replace or clean as needed.
  • Production Flow Monitoring — Ensure parts are loaded consistently to maintain steady throughput into the wash and paint booth.
  • Quality Verification — Confirm parts are secure, properly grounded, and aligned before entering the coating process.
  • Safety Compliance — Follow all PPE, chemical handling, and machine safety procedures.
  • Team Collaboration — Work closely with paint booth operators, maintenance, and supervisors to support production goals.Qualifications
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, paint line operations, or machine setup preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds, hang, and maneuver parts throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, industrial environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment setup.What We Offer
