Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference in the lives of young children as a school-based Physical Therapist providing vital Early Intervention support. This contract opportunity lets you work mornings, 3-4 days a week, by traveling to various preschools in Aston, Broomall, and other local areas. You’ll collaborate with educators and families while applying your expertise to help children reach developmental milestones during their critical early years.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working in school or early childhood settings, particularly with Early Intervention populations, is highly valued
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for preschool-aged children
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with traveling between multiple sites in a given day
• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members
• Reliable transportation required for commuting throughout the county during morning hours

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct therapy services to preschool students in multiple program locations
• Assess motor skills and create individualized intervention plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Maintain accurate and timely records for student progress and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with teachers and support staff to integrate physical therapy strategies into classroom routines
• Support and engage families in their child’s developmental process, offering guidance and resources
