Seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract opportunity in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting. The Travel RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.

• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• 12.5-Hour Night Shift
• Schedule: Sunday, Friday, and Saturday

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $39.75 - $46.38 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
• Current BLS certification required
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or related nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Ability to work as a travel healthcare professional

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents and patients
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicate significant changes in condition to the healthcare team
• Supervise and collaborate with nursing assistants and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and health management
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Competitive pay rate of $39.75 - $46.38 per hour
• Consistent Sunday-Friday-Saturday schedule
