Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Tablet Reporting in Charlotte, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. You will report security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and support a welcoming environment. Job Schedule:
DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, entry points, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual conditions in accordance with site reporting procedures.
- Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and emergency responders while providing directions and assistance as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
