What You'll Do as a Sit-Down Forklift Operator:

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and proper handling
• Supply production lines with materials to keep operations running smoothly
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Track inventory movements using basic documentation or scanning systems
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour continental schedule (including weekends)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Reliable attendance and a team-first mindset
• Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking and documentation
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed throughout your shift
