Part Time Dental Hygienist with sign on bonus!

Job Description

Job Description

About Us:

We’re a privately owned family practice with a double-column hygiene setup, a great mix of patients, and a doctor who genuinely has your back. Now offering a sign on bonus of $1,250 if you come on part time!

As the owner and dentist, I try my best to take care of my team. I give my hygienists as much autonomy as possible — you know your patients and your clinical judgment, and I trust that. My job is to support you, not micromanage you.

Here’s what that looks like:

• Holiday gift baskets & gift cards, because we like to show appreciation, not just say it
• Monthly production bonuses available and Christmas bonuses.
• Office meals provided almost every Thursday and every birthday.
• Real clinical autonomy — you’re trusted to do your job
• A doctor who’s got your back and wants you set up to succeed, not just survive the day

We’re a friendly, established practice with a great team dynamic. If you’re looking for a part-time spot where you’re valued as a person — and treated like the professional you are — I’d love to talk.

Flexible part-time schedule. Come see what a difference a truly supportive office makes

Schedule:

• No weekends
• Tuesday: 7am-4pm, lunch at 12
• Thursday: 7am-2pm (lunch provided most weeks)

How to Apply:
Send me a text and let me know if you have any questions or want to chat. Thanks!
