Horsham Center for Jewish Life NOW HIRING: Physical Therapist (PT) Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our collaborative therapy team! Positions Available: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN If you’re passionate about providing high-quality, resident-centered care and helping individuals improve mobility, function, and quality of life, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents throughout the facility Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physician orders Develop individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals Provide skilled interventions and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated Participate in resident assessments and care plan development Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by APTA Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy Current Physical Therapist license in good standing required Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills Why Join Horsham Center?
