Pay is based on experience.Job Duties:Plans, schedules and conducts activity programsPlans and schedules trips and outside activities; arranges for transportation and supervisionAssists in developing and printing a newsletter that includes articles of past and future activitiesAssists in planning appropriate programs for holidays and special eventsMeets with each resident upon move-in to introduce the activities program and to learn of resident’s interests and likes/dislikesDesign events to meet the interests of the residentsJob Requirements:Responds creatively to resident’s requests for programs and activitiesAbility to pass a background check and eligibility for employmentRecognition of the needs and concerns of others, and the ability to build relationships with others from different backgroundsParticipates and assists in marketing and staff functionsAbility to physically meet the demands as neededCountry Place Senior Living is actively seeking candidates with previous experience with similar positions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
