Inpatient Rehab Dietitian: Medical Nutrition Therapy

Encompass Health is seeking a Dietitian to deliver evidence-based medical nutrition therapy in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize recovery and functional outcomes. You will educate patients and families, document in the EHR, and support quality, safety, and regulatory standards within a nurturing, high-performance care environment with #J-18808-Ljbffr Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior
