Manufacturing Production Supervisor

The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and controlling direct functions within the manufacturing shop, in addition to managing and coordinating process improvement projects. Trains or coaches employees on administrative or technical processes and procedures.Ensures the safety of employees.Ensures that workers have the necessary equipment and prints to perform their duties.Resolves production issues and escalates those that require management attention.Educates employees on quality standards and procedures.Develop work instructions and procedures for manufacturing processes.Conduct performance review and formal performance/career development discussions with direct reports.Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.Minimum Years of experience 3-5 years preferably in PWA (Printed Wiring Assembly) ManufacturingEducation Background Bachelors would be nice, but Associates or Technical degree along with electronics experience would be goodLanguages competency?
