Dental Front Desk – Insurance & Billing Coordinator ????✨

Beecher Crossing Dental is looking for an organized, dependable Dental Front Desk – Insurance & Billing Coordinator to join our growing private practice in Gahanna, Ohio.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the dental front office, communicates confidently with patients, and takes ownership of insurance, billing, scheduling, and follow-through.

What You'll Do ????

• Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage recalls
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations
• Explain treatment estimates and patient financial responsibilities
• Post payments and help manage accounts receivable and claim issues
• Coordinate with patients, providers, insurance companies, and the clinical team

What We're Looking For ✅

• 1–2+ years of dental office experience preferred
• Experience with dental insurance verification and billing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Open Dental or similar software preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and accountable
• Positive, team-oriented approach
