● 2+ years culinary experience (high-volume preferred)
● Extensive pastry & baking expertise
● Strong independent work skills
● Food safety knowledge
● Able to stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
● Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Physical Requirements
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
● Comfortable standing and walking for up to 8 hours
● Kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and typical food service conditions
