Were proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical development./ppAs a Senior CRA at ICON Plc, you will oversee and manage clinical trial activities to ensure they are conducted in accordance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards./ppWhat You Will Do:/ppYou will lead clinical trial monitoring activities requiring technical expertise, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliMonitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards./liliConduct site visits to assess performance, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure successful trial execution./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting./liliProvide training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to maintain high standards of clinical trial conduct./liliBuild and maintain effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to support smooth trial operations./li/ulpYour Profile:/ppYou will have a strong foundation in clinical trial monitoring, with the experience to work independently and support others./ppRequired qualifications and experience:/pulliBachelors degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field./liliExtensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements./liliProven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills./liliExpertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, with proficiency in clinical trial software and tools./liliExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive compliance in complex environments./liliWillingness to travel as required (approximately 60%)./li/ulpWhat ICON can offer you:/ppOur success depends on the quality of our people.
