Financial Analyst II

Position Summary Financial Analyst – hybrid role requiring onsite work three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in Cypress, CA. The role blends financial analytics with business partnership, diving deep into cost levers and collaborating with internal partners to drive financially prudent outcomes. Salary Range $78,077.00 - $117,115.00 Responsibilities and Essential Functions Structure large data sets to extract usable information and create reports for internal teams. Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data. Identify improvement opportunities in business processes, recommend future states, quantify opportunities, partner with business leaders to implement, and track success. Build financial models that inform pricing, profitability, channel economics, and new product launch decisions through cross‑functional collaboration. Serve as a key user of various financial systems of the Company and other business applications. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting. 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience combination. Ability to apply solid business judgment to analytical projects and provide guidance based on analyses, accurately assessing risks associated with various alternatives. Tech savvy and high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate analysis, modeling or reporting. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365. Demonstrated ability to independently prepare financial and/or strategic analysis with accuracy within an established time frame.
