Location: Meadville, PA Schedule: Full-Time We are looking for an Electrical Panel Builder to assemble and wire electrical control panels for industrial equipment. This is a hands-on position that requires basic knowledge of electrical schematics and ladder diagrams. Responsibilities: Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and basic ladder diagrams. Identify common electrical symbols and components. Mount electrical components onto control panels. Wire panels according to electrical prints. Work with components such as relays, contactors, terminal blocks, push buttons, switches, and sensors. Route, connect, and terminate wiring accurately. Use hand and power tools to assemble panels and equipment. Check completed work against prints for accuracy. Troubleshoot basic wiring issues as needed. What We're Looking For: Basic ability to read electrical schematics and ladder diagrams. Ability to recognize common electrical symbols, including coils and NO/NC contacts. Previous electrical assembly, panel wiring, machine wiring, industrial electrical, or related experience. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Experience with 24VDC controls, PLCs, or industrial control systems is a plus but not required.
