Remote Crop Insurance Growth Lead

ProAg, a member of the Tokio Marine HCC group, is seeking a remote Business Development Manager to recruit crop insurance agents across the eastern United States and grow profitable business. This role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic outreach, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business/marketing and at least 6 years of progressive sales experience, with crop insurance experience preferred.
