Role Description
Backend Developer Senior es responsable de diseñar, desarrollar y optimizar servicios backend escalables, asegurando alto rendimiento, seguridad e integración con múltiples sistemas. Este rol lidera decisiones técnicas y guía al equipo en la implementación de soluciones.
Responsabilidades
- Diseñar y desarrollar servicios backend escalables
- Definir arquitectura y estándares técnicos
- Construir y optimizar APIs y servicios
- Diseñar y optimizar modelos de datos
- Implementar prácticas de seguridad y protección de datos
- Optimizar rendimiento y escalabilidad de aplicaciones
- Liderar revisiones de código y buenas prácticas
- Apoyar técnicamente a otros desarrolladores
- Colaborar con equipos frontend y stakeholders técnicos
- Participar en decisiones de arquitectura
Qualifications
- Experiencia sólida en desarrollo backend
- Dominio de al menos un lenguaje backend
- Experiencia diseñando APIs REST o similares
- Conocimiento avanzado de bases de datos SQL o NoSQL
- Experiencia en diseño de sistemas escalables
- Conocimiento de arquitectura de microservicios
- Experiencia con control de versiones
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones técnicas
Requirements
- Experiencia con cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure)
- Experiencia con contenedores y orquestación
- Conocimiento de CI/CD
- Experiencia en entornos de alta disponibilidad
