Company CDL-A Truck Driver Overview

  • Top annual earnings up to $80,000.* Competitive base mileage pay starting at 60CPM, plus layout and detention pay and a 2CPM bonus for your first year.*
  • Consistent OTR schedule. Typically 10-14 days out with bi-weekly home time, running strong, steady miles across Dart's 30-state network.
  • Driver-friendly freight mix. Run 99% no-touch freight with 80% drop & hook, minimizing dock time and keeping you rolling.
  • Strong start incentives. Earn a $2,000 sign-on bonus* and get paid for our 3-day orientation.
  • Reliable equipment and weekly pay. Drive Freightliner and Peterbilt trucks with dependable weekly paychecks.
