Maintenance Technician - Senior Living Campus
As a Blakeford Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer's recommendations and operation manual.
- Perform maintenance repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, etc.
- Assist inspectors and contractors in the testing, inspection, or repair of equipment, building and mechanical systems and structure
- Respond to fire, smoke, and panic alarms
- Keep maintenance shop and storage areas neat and orderly
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation (one Saturday per month)
