The Business Management Senior Analyst facilitates Companywide training and development programs which impact the strategic goals of the business unit. The job uses a variety of learning and delivery methods and assesses training needs, measures results, and develops training programs, curriculum, and materials to address training issues. The Business Management Senior Analyst consults with business unit managers to assess needs, design programs, and implement training and development programs.D epth & Scope:Leads a group of L&D specialists/professionals across various business locations/geographyExecutes as a key contributor the strategic L&D initiatives and decisions making related to own area of expertiseIdentifies the need to negotiate and influence within the business line and recommends solutionsSupports training budget by ensuring that all team members adhere to budget and takes corrective action as requiredSupports the review of vendor/consultant relationships to determine effectiveness of meeting future training and service needsCompletes appropriate analysis to measure the value of training programs and considers alternatives to provide the most effective training solutions available within budgetary constraintsLeads the team by recruiting, selecting and developing a diverse teamSupports talent development by valuing high performersCoaches Employees during one on ones and projects to facilitate ongoing Employee development.
