Reporting into IT, this role will oversee multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring delivery across business functions while maintaining alignment with enterprise priorities. The Product Manager will partner closely with Product Owners, IT delivery teams, and program resources to ensure successful product delivery and adoption across the organization.You WillManages, plans and coordinates the development of new products, enhancements of existing products and technical solutions based on short-term and long-term needs.Lead end to end project implementation for business needs. Responsible for full depth of activities ranging from strategy and design definition to execution for specific projects to deliver meaningful business outcomesUnderstands business unit operations and identifies opportunities to leverage technology to increase efficiency or effectivenessOversee multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring consistent delivery quality, governance, and alignment across workstreamsPartner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritize features, and translate business needs into actionable IT requirements.Work closely with Program/Project Managers to manage timelines, dependencies, and risks across parallel implementationsTranslate high-level business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans, balancing value, feasibility, and scalabilityCoordinate IT teams (developers, architects, QA, data, integrations) to deliver secure and reliable IT solutionsOversee integration and data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to governance standards.Support testing, deployment, and release management, partnering with QA and change management teams to ensure smooth go-lives.Track and report on program-level progress, KPIs, and adoption metrics, providing transparency to IT and business leadershipResponsible for effective Change Management for IT led projects and changes. Review test plans, communications, training plans, delivery schedules, and project plansMaintain positive relationships with business, IT and vendors by proactively setting expectations, coordinating information exchange and reporting project progress and risks. Keep management informed of key issues.Measure and communicate business value realized with the business stakeholder on a periodic basisApply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our customersLeads teams in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives which result in operational efficiencies and cost savings.Responsible for applying operational system knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.We seek Rebels who are curious about AI and its power to transform how we operate and serve our members.Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals.Other duties as assigned.Your QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience requiredComplete understanding of Health Plan Core operations, like Claims, Eligibility, Encounters, Provider Data operations and GAD is required5+ years of experience in Product Management or Program Management or experience in leading teams within enterprise IT specific to Health Plan core operations including Claims, Appeals and Grievances, Fulfillment, Enrollment, Capitation, and financial operaions5+ years claims operations and/or systems experience with Medicare and Medicaid, including Claims, Appeals and Grievances, Fulfillment, Enrollment, Capitation, and financial operaions5+ year of experience managing backlog or roadmap with multiple projects and activities in progress.5+ years of experience in translating pain points or business objectives into technical solutions that span multiple departments and processes in a mid or large enterprise IT environment(s) required5+ Years of experience in Health Plan operations is must and preferably in Government programs.Knowledge of HIPAA EDI transaction sets and regulatory and compliance requirements.Healthcare industry experience preferredProven ability to manage multiple parallel technology implementations across diverse business functionsStrong collaboration skills with both business stakeholders (Product Owners, functional leaders) and technical teamsFamiliarity with agile delivery practices, backlog management, and cross-team coordinationExcellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated experience in taking ownership and responsibility for decisions and outcomes.Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methodsDemonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff including senior leadership, within and external to the organization to achieve goalsWhat's in it for you?Base salary range: $92,400 to $159,133 annuallyAn annual employee bonus programRobust Wellness ProgramGenerous paid-time-off (PTO)11 paid holidays per year, 1 floating holiday, birthday off, and 2 volunteer daysExcellent 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with employer matchRobust employee recognition programTuition reimbursementAn opportunity to become part of a team that makes a difference to our members and our community every day!We're always looking for talented people to join our team!
