The City of Fort Worth's Office of the Police Oversight Monitor (OPOM) is seeking a Police Oversight Analyst to conduct policy analysis, research, writing and data review in support of modern criminal justice reform initiatives. The role requires collaboration across teams, with responsibilities including drafting detailed reports and preparing informed recommendations to leadership.
