Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated ICU nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Monitor patients, interpret assessments, administer medications, and perform necessary ICU procedures within scope.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate clearly with patients and families; document care plans, progress, and changes in condition.
- Participate in patient safety initiatives, escalate concerns promptly, and contribute to a collaborative care environment.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license appropriate for California (or eligibility to practice in CA)
- ICU nursing experience preferred
- Ability to perform 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced ICU setting
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment
- Ability to pass credentialing, background checks, and any required onboarding
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
