Compensation & Benefits

• $500K base salary
• $25K Quality Incentive + $20K Acuity Stipend (total $545K all-in )
• Cardiac anesthesiologists receive an additional $60K cardiac stipend
• 12 weeks PTO
• $90K Sign-On Bonus for up to 3-year commitment
• Full NSA benefits including 401(k) and more
